This position is responsible for supporting production operations by focusing on tool kitting for production lines, tool distribution, inspection and quality control, organization and workflow optimization, and customer service. The role ensures that production teams receive accurate, complete, and properly maintained tool kits to keep manufacturing processes running efficiently.

Essential Functions
- Assemble and stage complete tool kits based on production line requirements.
- Verify that all required tools, gages, and components are included and properly labeled.
- Gage calibration experience needed.
- Issue and receive tools, gages, and kits to/from production employees.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all transactions.
- Inspect tools and gages for calibration status, damage, or wear before inclusion in kits.
- Report any issues and coordinate repairs or replacements as directed.
- Keep crib and kitting areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow established processes to ensure efficient tool flow to production lines.
- Respond promptly to production team requests for tools and kits.
- Provide clear communication and support to minimize downtime.
