We are a leading provider of commercial beverage equipment service, offering installation, reactive service, and preventative maintenance for high profile clients in the beverage industry. We are seeking a Service Technician to service, repair, and maintain a variety of beverage equipment while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform reactive service, installations, and preventative maintenance on soda fountains, bar gun systems, ice machines, refrigerated beverage units, and related equipment
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment issues to ensure optimal performance
- Manage service tickets through mobile service management software, ensuring accurate documentation of labor, materials, and inventory
- Maintain service vehicle inventory for installations and reactive service calls
- Communicate with customers to provide updates and ensure satisfaction
- Ensure all work meets operational standards and service agreement requirements
- Complete jobs efficiently to reduce repeat service calls
- Travel to customer sites for scheduled and reactive service work
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training is a plus
- Minimum two years of experience servicing beverage or plumbing equipment preferred
- Experience with Cornelius, Lancer, and Wunderbar fountain systems preferred
- Experience with ice machines, frozen beverage equipment, and Freestyle systems is a plus
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of refrigeration preferred; EPA certification strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently, manage time, and communicate effectively
- Customer focused with strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with McDonald’s beverage equipment
- CCNA service experience
