Duties
- Conduct site visits to assess remediation needs.
- Prepare and present estimates to homeowners.
- Communicate the benefits of our services and answer client questions.
- Follow up with homeowners to secure contracts and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of site visits, estimates, and follow-ups.
- Support Production Team and office team
Skills
- Construction background preferred
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Strong Presentation ability
- Comfort working in private residences/homes
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
