Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a small residential property. The successful candidate will ensure properties are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and regulatory compliance is maintained. This is a small property of senior residents. Must have section 8 and tax credit experience. Confident and comfortable working in small office environment.

Duties
