Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Production Operative to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient operation of our manufacturing facility by performing various tasks. The Production Operative prepares customer parts for various electroplating or spray coating operations with a high regard for attention to detail on parts, work orders and Standard Operating Procedures. Works closely with Team Leader and General Foreman to ensure daily job schedules are communicated, adhered to and met for high quality output and customer service. Daily processing of parts for plating/coating includes but is not limited to: General inspection (and counting) of parts, abrasive blasting, racking parts, accurate recording of plating time and processing information, cleaning of parts, masking/de-masking and moving parts to the next process.
