Job Overview
We are seeking dependable Food Production Associates for first shift opportunities in Westfield, MA. This is an entry-level position in a clean food production environment, and full training will be provided.
The ideal candidate is reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a production environment. Previous food production or food industry experience is helpful, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Package finished food products according to company standards
- Work as part of a production and packaging line
- Inspect packaged products for quality
- Follow food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures
- Clean and sanitize work areas and production equipment as needed
- Follow all required PPE and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with additional production duties as needed
Qualifications
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
- Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes
- Comfortable performing repetitive production and packaging tasks
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Attention to cleanliness and product quality
- Previous production, packaging, warehouse, kitchen, or food-service experience is a plus, but not required
- Non-slip shoes are required
- All other required PPE will be provided
Schedule
First Shift: 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. + weekends

Jeff brings five years of staffing and recruiting experience to Pascoe Workforce Solutions, specializing in manufacturing and skilled trades throughout Western Massachusetts and Connecticut. His recruiting experience includes production, CNC machining, quality, maintenance, engineering, administrative, accounting, and management roles.
Before entering staffing, Jeff spent 18 years in the printing industry, including eight years in management. That hands-on manufacturing background helps him understand both the candidate and client side of the hiring process.
Jeff takes a straightforward and personal approach to recruiting and believes the best placements come from truly understanding the person behind the résumé. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching the Celtics and Patriots, and keeping his lawn looking its best. He was also born on Christmas Day, so technically everyone gets presents on his birthday!
