Daily processing of parts for plating or painting includes but is not limited to: General inspection and counting of parts or Cleaning of parts
Special attention given to Work Order directions and Standard Operating Procedures. Notes any discrepancies before or after masking to the team leader.
Operator must demonstrate a basic understanding of how to properly utilize plugs, tapes and existing fixtures in order to mask basic level of parts for processing without damage to the part.
Ability to follow the work order and SOP to yield quality approved masking for quality approved processing of parts. Work is subject to inspection.
Ability to properly complete all processing documentation.
Set-up and clean up personal work area at the beginning and end of each shift. 7. Uses safety practices and all required PPE. Contacts supervisor with regard to safety issues.
