Job Description

 

Skilled maintenance tech needed for Property Management Company in Windham County.

Temp to Hire

  • Full time hours: 8:00am-430pm, M-F
  • Apartment flips
  • Painting, drywall
  • Electrical and plumbing repairs and trouble shooting
  • Install fixtures, fans, switches, outlets
  • Install sinks, toilets, garbage disposals
  • Appliance repair
  • They will interview and hire immediately.

You will need car and insurance as there is travel required between properties within Hartford, Tolland And Windham counties. Mileage reimbursement of 70cents per mile.
