Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a full-time opportunity supporting residential apartment properties.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on apartment maintenance experience and be comfortable handling a variety of general repairs, including light electrical, plumbing, drywall, and painting.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine apartment maintenance and repairs
- Complete light electrical and plumbing work
- Repair and finish drywall, including taping and mudding
- Perform interior painting and touch-up work
- Assist with basic HVAC-related maintenance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Support general property upkeep as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting
- Strong troubleshooting and general repair skills
- Reliable and able to work independently
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
