Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong apartment maintenance background, with the ability to due light electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, painting. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality and appearance of our residential properties.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Must be able to perform sheetrock, taping, mudding.
  • Execute residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic standards of properties.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Hours are 8am-430pm, Monday thru Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In person
