Job Summary
Regional property Management company needs a regional maintenance supervisor to manage maintenance , repairs, budgets, improvements and staff for their locations in southern and western Connecticut.
Duties/Requirements
- Will oversee and manage the maintenance operations on 3-4 properties. Hands on, not just an office job!
- The supers on each site will report to this person and this person will oversee all maintenance staff.
- This person is making sure all the properties are well maintained, hiring of techs, reports directly to upper management.
- Will have to interface with outside engineers, architects, etc. Does not need to be an engineer.
- Must have experience with apartment maintenance management, multiple properties, leadership role.
- No rental or leasing responsibilities.
- Candidates must have solid job tenure working for large property management companies.
