We are seeking Machine Operators for a 6-month contract opportunity with potential to become temp-to-hire in Enfield, CT.

This position operates highly automated production equipment using touch screen controls and computerized interfaces in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should be comfortable with technology, able to follow detailed procedures, and capable of performing routine quality checks throughout production.

Multiple openings are available on days.

Schedule:

• Day Shift: Rotating schedule, 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.

Responsibilities include:

• Operate automated production machinery
• Use touch screen controls and computerized machine interfaces
• Monitor equipment and respond to machine prompts
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Perform routine quality checks
• Follow established production procedures and work instructions
• Identify and communicate basic production or equipment issues
• Maintain accurate production standards in a fast-paced environment
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous machine operating, production, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Technical or mechanically inclined background strongly preferred
• Comfortable learning and using automated equipment and touch screen technology
• Ability to follow detailed procedures
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to perform consistent quality checks
• Reliable and comfortable working a rotating 12-hour schedule
