Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, sales-driven Leasing & Marketing Specialist to join our team. This dynamic role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, traveling between properties, and contributing to both leasing success and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is resourceful, tech-savvy, and comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage apartment leasing activities, including conducting tours and responding to inquiries
- Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to attract new tenants
- Maintain and update property listings across online platforms and social media
- Build relationships with prospective and current residents to drive occupancy and retention
- Travel between multiple property locations as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT or technical issues at property sites
- Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Creative mindset with an interest in marketing and branding
- Comfortable using technology and handling basic IT troubleshooting
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple locations and priorities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
