Our facility produces high-quality welded wire mesh used across industries like marine, aquaculture, security, construction, and agriculture. We are looking for dependable, motivated Coating Line Operators to join our growing team on either 1st or 2nd shift. No specific coating experience required — if you have general manufacturing or machine operation experience, we will train you.

This is an excellent role for someone seeking hands-on work, consistent hours, and clear room for growth within a company that promotes from within.

Shifts Available

• 1st Shift 7am-3:30pm
• 2nd Shift 3pm-11:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust the automated PVC coating line to ensure proper application and consistent quality.
• Set up machinery, load materials, and verify equipment settings at the start of each shift.
• Inspect coated wire mesh for defects and ensure product meets quality standards.
• Document production activity and complete basic quality checks.
• Perform routine cleaning and light maintenance on line equipment.
• Communicate any equipment or production issues with the team.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• General manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred — no prior coating experience required.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills.
