Duties

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and productivity
- Assist in loading and unloading materials from storage or shipping areas
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or equipment malfunctions promptly
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
Experience
- Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with assembly processes and use of hand tools or power tools
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and basic troubleshooting skills
- Warehouse experience, including forklift operation, is advantageous
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments that utilize assembly lines
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting
