Job Description

Local construction company looking for Administrator/Customer Service Specialist.

 

Scope of Responsibilities: 

  • MUST be good communicator and problem solver
  • 75% office and administrative work
    • Assisting management with appropriate admin tasks
    • Scheduling/rescheduling and coordinating work to be performed
  • 25% customer service specialist for previous, current and prospective clients/customers 
    • Scheduling/rescheduling and coordinating work to be performed 
    • Following up with clients on estimates delivered by estimating staff 
    • Up-sell incoming calls from free inspections to paid, more thorough inspections




Job Requirements

Advanced knowledge of:

  • Email Communication
  • Google Sheets
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software
