Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure organizational efficiency
- Provide excellent customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, ensuring positive interactions
- Assist with property management duties such as lease documentation, tenant communication, and maintenance coordination
- Handle clerical responsibilities including typing correspondence, managing files, and supporting administrative projects
- Support bookkeeping activities by tracking payments, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records
- Ensure adherence to office policies and maintain high standards of phone etiquette and professionalism
Skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and basic computer literacy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Previous office management or administrative experience within property management or related fields
- Knowledge of clerical procedures such as filing, proofreading, data entry, and calendar management
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently using time management techniques while maintaining attention to detail
