• Conduct residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic appeal.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Utilize logic controllers for automated systems troubleshooting and repairs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally.

Experience

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair various systems.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Leadership qualities that enable effective teamwork and project management.
• Experience in residential painting is a plus.
