Shipping & Receiving – Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient material transactions using the MAX ERP system.
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming materials in a timely manner.
- Prepare and package finished goods for shipment, ensuring all documentation and customer requirements are met.
- Schedule customer pick-ups and coordinate shipments with freight carriers.
- Navigate and work effectively within customer and freight company shipping portals.
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory across warehouse, bulk, and WIP materials.
- Keep warehouse and WIP stocking areas organized and well-managed.
- Follow production schedules closely to meet assembly team requirements.
- Partner with team members to resolve material discrepancies, shipping issues, or scheduling conflicts.
