Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center by handling various tasks related to materials management, order fulfillment, and inventory control. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to operate various warehouse equipment safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and products from trucks and containers.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, reach trucks, and cranes to move goods efficiently.
• Assist in order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory management tasks.
• Ensure the warehouse is organized and clean to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment.

Experience

• Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with materials handling processes and equipment operation.
• Experience with order fulfillment procedures is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• A valid forklift certification is advantageous but not required; training may be provided.
