Job Summary:

The Sourcing Coordinator develops and leads the Sourcing sustainability requirements and provides spend analytical information as required. They support the Global Sourcing Team by handling administrative duties related to functional activities, and support the local site with sourcing related activities.

Essential Functions:

Sourcing:

• Manage and expand travel in North America

• Small spend direct and indirect category management

• Develop and lead Supplier Sustainability program

Administrative / Analytical:

• Create and update materials pricing forecasts monthly and quarterly

• Track working capital metrics by site

• Develop global spend categorization reports as needed

• Track raw material spend by site on a quarterly basis

• Update rebate tracking forms as needed

• Sourcing TEAMS site maintenance

• Assist with SAP report development

• Publications / Index management

• Create supplier performance reports

• Maintain site RM demand forecast files

• Categorize and track indirect spend

• Update supplier contracts in global database (VAULT)

• Create Quarterly Spend by Currency reports

• Special projects as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Business system (SAP, Oracle, etc.) experience a must

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal

• Strong Microsoft Office skills especially Excel and Powerpoint

• General business and financial knowledge helpful

• Some buying and contract experience preferred

• Interest in social and environmental sustainability
