Job Summary:

The Receptionist will be the face of a family-owned company. The ability to make a great first impression is a must! In addition to greeting guests, you'll be responsible for managing the reception area, answering phones, dispatching daily jobs, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and adept at prioritizing. They will be motivated, trustworthy, and driven to provide stellar customer service.

Essential Functions:

• Welcome visitors to the office with a warm and friendly greeting

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate person

• Keep the reception area clean and tidy

• Assist with invoicing

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages

• Manage the scheduling of appointments and daily jobs for several crews

• Provide general administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, and filing

• Assist with maintaining the company's database of clients and contacts

• Previous experience in a receptionist, dispatcher or customer service role is preferred

• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette

• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office technology

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A friendly and welcoming demeanor
