Job Description

  • Run weekly WIP (Work in Progress) meetings with Management, the Project Team and Design. Review all current projects, set deadlines, and discuss specifics.
  • Maintain project workflow: set job-specific priorities in keeping with deadlines and client needs, and delegate tasks to team members.
  • Implement and control production schedule on a daily and weekly basis, determined by deadlines and efficiency of runs.
  • Ensure specialty materials have been ordered in a timely manner.
  • Place Purchase Orders for inventory and supplies.
  • Track and maintain strong time metrics (with top-of-mind knowledge) for all tasks. Includes: Print runs, CNC operation, lamination, plotting / weeding / transfer taping, finish work.

Job Requirements

  • Experience with Sign Shop and Adobe Photoshop required.
  • Must be engaged and pro-active.
  • Able to stay late and available for occasional Saturday work.

Additional Information

  • Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm, short days on Fridays
