Paralegal

Job Description
Essential functions of Paralegal:
- Assist with daily loan closings including borrower/attorney coordination, document preparation/review, and title review.
- Assist with accounting.
- Assist with daily loan underwriting.
- Prepare reports and projections.
- Other job-related tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Background in real estate law.
- Proficiency with Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ability to learn industry-specific software.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize daily tasks.
- Comfortable working in a small office atmosphere.
Additional Information
- We are looking for someone highly motivated and willing to learn in a small fast-paced business environment where the owners work closely with the staff.
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- In office (no remote option)
