Maintenance Technician

Fitchburg, MA

Job Description

Our property management company is looking to add a skilled maintenance technician to their team.

1 supervisor and 1 technician-every other week on call

(paid for 2 hours min automatically anytime called in)

Mileage reimbursement

  • Assigned maintenance tasks such as: Painting, electrical, plumbing, flooring, general carpentry, HVAC issues, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, minor repairs in common areas, completion of work orders, etc.
  • Completing special projects, tasks or duties as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid License since you will be driving to different properties
  • Must have tools.
