• Conduct audits, reviews, and special projects

• Analyze, document, and evaluate key business processes and internal controls

• Perform data analysis to determine root cause of identified issues

• Prepare audit reports that identify findings and provide corrective action plan

• Participate in entrance and exit meetings

• Conduct off-site reviews at external partners and third-party vendors

• BA or BS degree in accounting, finance, or related business field or equivalent of work experience

• 3 - 4 years’ internal /external auditing experience with 2+ years working in health insurance, health care or financial services (preferred)

• CPA, CIA, CISA, etc. or active progression towards the designation

• Experience with data mining/query/process flow tools (e.g., Access, SQL, ACL, Visio)

• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
