Job Description

The role of the human resource assistant is to ensure a high performing workplace and workforce that fosters a healthy, safe, and productive work environment.

  • Create a pool of potential employees that understand our company culture and values
  • Develop a recruitment program
  • Help Onboard new employees
  • Oversee all employee files. (Keep complete and up to date)
  • Build paperless employee tracking system
  • Help with employee development such as (Leadership, English, Spanish classes etc.)
  • Oversee/update employee handbook
  • Help administrate employee benefits : (401 K, Uniforms ,Health Insurance ) Oversee immigration paperwork (TN letters, SSN Applications, Passport renewals, Letters for Re-entry)
  • Help with employee training such as (safety training, continuing education, animal welfare training, etc.)
  • Workers' Comp reporting, doctor visits, follow-up to close cases
  • Help coordinate meetings, meeting agendas, and meeting notes for operations team


Job Requirements

Bi-lingual in Spanish or learn Spanish to talk fluently buy 12/31/2020
