Job Description

  • Responsible for all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, payroll
  • Assure that all accounting transactions and procedures are handled and authorized appropriately.
  • Perform the day to day general accounting
  • Account reconciliation
  • Prepares journal entries and other work papers.
  • Coordination of reports/numbers on a weekly, monthly & yearly basis
  • Provide timely monthly and year-end financial reports


  • Coordination insurances (business, vehicle, workers comp, health)
  • Vehicle registration, permitting and compliance paperwork
  • Coordinating meetings, agendas
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements


  • 5+ years of accounting and administrative experience
  • Must have strong QuickBooks and Excel
  • Ability to learn other systems
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills
