Job Summary:

 The Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing customer orders, handling customer service issues and developing and reinforcing customer relationships.

Essential Functions of Customer Service Representative:

  • Receive and process customer orders daily.
  • Manage customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Act as the communication liaison between Sales, customers and operations.
  • Produce and maintain various departmental reports and documents.

Job Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly, professionally and in a positive manner with internal and external customers.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Able to achieve a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail is a must.
  • Strong computer experience required including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and the ability to learn new programs.
  • Prior sales experience (preferred).

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
