Customer Service Representative

Job Description

  • Learn and understand the basics of insurance and the health insurance products serviced
  • Navigate the LuminX claim system
  • Ensure that all voicemail messages are obtained, and calls are returned within 24 hours
  • Respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate responses to callers



Job Requirements

  • A minimum of one years’ work experience in customer service preferably working in a health insurance setting, medical billing office or related field
  • Above average computer proficiency
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong time management skills

Additional Information

  • Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm
  • Hybrid 2-3 days/week after training

In his free time, he loves to golf, run, and play music. He has been singing in a band for almost seven years and enjoys being on stage and meeting new people. Tanner still plays lacrosse and hockey, loves the Boston Bruins and  always finds time to watch every game.
