Job Description

  • Provide first contact for incoming customer calls
  • Answer and resolve inbound technical calls, efficiently and professionally
  • Provide accurate, prompt & courteous response to customer inquiries
  • Escalate high priority, high impact issues to the internal support teams.
  •                   Troubleshoot the System with the use of a Knowledge Base and assign issues to the

            appropriate support group as needed. In addition, provide feedback on technical documentation for

            publication in Knowledge Base.

  • Logging and monitoring of customer questions, issues and problems through resolution/completion

Job Requirements

The right candidate should possess the following:

  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Accounting background utilizing QuickBooks
  • Purchasing, Job Costing or experience with ERP Software is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Manufacturing procedures helpful
  • Experience working with a knowledge base or knowledge tool
  • Enthusiasm and patience are essential to this role
