We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines (mostly lathe) to produce precision parts and components according to specifications. The CNC Operator will work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure high-quality output while adhering to safety standards and operational procedures.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines, ensuring proper tooling and fixtures are in place.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand specifications for machining operations.
- Assemble components as needed, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the process.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, troubleshooting any issues that arise during operation.
- Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions of machined parts, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Operate hand tools and other machinery safely while maintaining a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
