Job Summary:

Maintain professional presentation of product on store racks, shelves, displays and in coolers by identifying replenishment needs and ensuring clean and neat displays. Provide customer service by answering questions and responding to requests.

Essential Functions of Merchandiser:

• Build, change and take down product displays

• Maintain product signage and product space

• Identify replenishment needs

• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment

• Replenish, face and rotate product

• Secure damaged or defective product

• Answer questions, locate product, respond to requests, and resolve concerns from consumers and store personnel

• Communicate project status to store and company personnel

• Identify and report unsafe working conditions

• Follow company and store policies regarding backroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment and safety

• Minimum 6 months’ of general work experience required

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred

• 1+ years’ of experience working in grocery, retail, consumer goods, warehousing or related field preferred

• Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred

• Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
